The track in the pics is what I ran on there like a week ago or so. . .
Grip is high. In August it should be even higher - no rain to keep washing all the nice rubber off. . .
Track is 100x200 with a 165'+ straightway
I run 45f/40r or 45/42. Plenty of grippage! I've run TRC, Jaco, ZAK and some brand that I can NEVER remember that Dana sells at the track for $13/pr - all of them work great, even (especially?) the $13 foams.
Setups - I run a pretty basic NTC3 Foam setup. I will look at it later - can't remember off top of my head
Drivethrough - Looong back straight to R-sweeper (blip just before turn in to check speed) around sweeper to R-hairpin. You can pitch the car around there pretty easily and back up to a L-180deg carousel (med speed) to a R-kinda-hairpin that hosts the S/F line.
Come off that turn to a 90deg L to a moderate chicane - you can ALMOST take it straight - if you bump the berms right it works. . .wrong and it DOESN"T. After the chicane is a L-180 deg carousel to a short chute to a R-hairpin. Hard on the throttle through a short 50' chute to a long R-sweeper onto the back straight again.
Video you can check out (it's Pro10, but gets you an idea - track was real green and was real early and "dewey")
- you'll prolly need to R-click on the link to save the video locally. It's about 5.5 megs.
