Integy or Hudy setup system?

Integy or Hudy setup system?
which is the best bang for the buck in the long run?
#2
Definately the Integy Set. It is made of alloy and its a fraction the price of the Hudy Set which is plastic. The markings on the Hudy set also wear off and setting up can become rather hard.

Integy = $40
Hudy = $100
Integy does camber, caster, toe, is easy to read, easy to set up, works on a limited number of cars (all 1/10th scale cars - no 1/8th)
Hudy does camber, caster, toe, is harder for ME to read, easy to set up, has models for all kinds of cars.
Bang for buck - Integy. I like mine TONS. I have a Hudy too and I don't know where I put it!

integy hands down. So much easier to read and quality too, 10 dollar carrying case for it is especially handy.

I just checked the Integy site, they have the cases listed. The setup kits now come with the case too.
Cool, thanks all for the responses. I'll get the Integy one. One more question though. What about droop gauges and ride height gauges? Are they a must have, and if so, any brand will do?

ride height gauge is very important i like the ones that are shaped like a triangle not steped this allows a more accurate measurement i dont use droop gauges much but i suppose they could be important

Don't need seperate Droop Gauge
Guys;
The easiest way to set Droop is with a Ride Height gauge. Just push it under the chassis futher until the Tires just clear the set-up board (paper thickness), then read the gauge again. The difference between the ride Height and what you just measured is the Droop. Way too easy.
A WIDE [3/4-1"] gauge makes it easier to check as it keeps the chassis a little more stable from side to side.

is a "down travel gauge" the same as a "droop gauge"?

i never thought to do it that way very clever i may now begin to actually measure it usually i just set shock length and leave it alone cause im lazy
