Oversteer problems!

Hello guys,
i have two Q-problems for you all.
One for my 710:i just switched tyres from 40 all around to 40 rear and 37 front cause i have it locked up front and i just want more steering.
At least that's what i thought it would offer me.BUT it oversteers at high speed turns(especially when i let go of the throttle) and don't know why.I switched to 40s all around(the used set that worked before) and the same thing happened in less degree though.
What can cause this?

The other question involves my hyper 7 which i have converted to on-road for rally game racing.
I run it for the first time the last week and i came 4th with just lowering the car and running on road tires.
This week i modified the upper front links to set the caster to almost 0 degrees to give it more steering.AND it oversteers like crazy.On-OFF throttle.Everywhere.I removed the rear sway-barr but it didn't help. What can i do to fix it.Note that it OVERSTEERS not sometimes but all the time...!!

what position is your front swaybar?

try using a harder shore on the front tire?

stiffer front springs?

and most importantly, where are you running your 710?
