Very Nice showing DJ at the nats to you and Paolo. I was really hoping that you guys would go 1 and 2. You'll get them next time for sure. I really wanted to thank you though for the great report you posted for us to read. I know that takes time to do, so thanks for that!

Are you going to be sending in a set up sheet for that race to Serpent.

I will send one in to get posted for you guys. It is not much different than my last set-up. However I did use a front diff this time (and liked it) and used less rear droop, and the #2 postion in the rear roll center. I also used the middle position for the front roll center. I went from 4 to 5 droop in the rear and 0 in the front. I also ran a lot more rear toe 3 degree. The front diff had serpent 80,000. The traction was very weird and I needed a more stable car. That is why I ran more toe in the rear, lower rear roll center and less droop for more stable breaking.

If you want your clutch to in-gage faster, do you need to tighten or loosen up the nut?

hi DJ, i have just put a diff in mine, when i installed it, i notice only one guide for the belt on the geared diff. i shimmed out the inner layshaft pulley to align the belt better on the diff. did you do anything like that, if i didnt do so, the belt would run right on the edge of the teeth on the diff side. just curious ? cheers.

I actually used the guide from the one-way. I just reamed out the hole to make it fit (tight). I do not trust NOT using a guide. It is fine if you do not hit anything or get hit. I do not want to take that chance.

well i didnt have any problems with it this weekend. i checked it after every run, the belt stayed where is was first located. i had a few hits, no problems though. but still i like the car with the front swaybar disengaged. seems to provide better turn in, and with the diff, better again.

Mr Dj Apolaro,

I need your help for a setup on the 720,

Our track is small, technical with low-to-medium speed, quick direction changes. The track is super flat, however the traction is rather low.

Can you please recommend me a setup to begin with? Mainly i am facing understeer problems at mid corner and corner exit.

My current setup is attached,
I would appreciate any help,

Thank you,

One correction, my main problem is oversteer and not understeer but generally the car seems to be unstable.
