hot to set a synthesized receiver

my crystal in my radio says 75.630
i have a airtronics synthesized receiver...

it has two dials
0-6 and 0-9

how do i set it to the radios frequency..

i am a noob

75.630 is channel 72. The first dial would be on the 7 and the second dial should be on 2.
