Traxxas Nitro 4-Tec maintenece
 

So, I reacently bought a *broken in* 4-Tec off of Ebay. The guy that i bought it off of lives in Virginia. So, I now have to retune it because I live in Texas. I was reading this but got lost, could someone re-simplify this for me.

Edit: And would I have to re-break in the engine.

Do you really have to da that every hour???
I never did or do with any of my cars.

I know that part but the needle performance stuff like how do i know when to stop adjusting the needle and stuff.
