If it's thunder tiger it might be one of those rally game cars, the ts4 don't look like that though.

to be honest it looks more like an OFNA Z10 or a Mega Tech tourer. the very first one they came out with. The reason I say OFNA is becuz they have those very same Rally Tires for their Z10. I am about 80% sure that is a Ofna Z10. then again if you post a better pic of the car and the chassis you will surely get an answer.

Not 100% sure to be honest with you, but i have an ofna ob4(slimline) and its looks pretty close to that one, obviasly with some different upgrades but more or less...
