New On-Road Track in Coral Springs, FL
1 Attachment(s)
Just as I posted on the electric forum there is a new permanent track in Coral Springs, FL. I didn't mean to be one sided. I race electric and it didn't even think to post anything on the nitro forum(typical electric guy). I heard rumours that this is a electric only track. This is totally untrue. We can only race 1/10th scale on this track according to ROAR rules. The rule states that if you race anything larger than 1/10th then you need an 18" high wall around the track. And you must be a ROAR memeber to race there. But all 1/10th racers are welcome nitro and electric. As well as 1/12th, we are trying to get more people to get 1/12th scale cars so we can have that class also. Here are some pictures of the track and a map on how to get there. Or you can check out the Coral Springs Road Runners website for information on offroad races held there. http://www.csrcroadrunners.com/ for infomation on the club.

Nice track,
There is also a new HUGE track in Lakeland Fl, they run 1/10th scale and 1/18th scale cars.Check it out. http://testfly.0catch.com/sunshine%20bandits/srcar.html |
The track is very nice however just looking at the layout is seem like too many lanes for 200mm gas cars. You would get run-over while trying to coner mashall. Please just think about openning up the layout and I'll bet the electric guys will be happier too. Take a look at real tracks they are not so busy: also you have tons of realestate to really have a top notch track touring cars would fly...................Just a point from a gas racer that like your track and would like to race there
