HPI Evo 3 - 2 spd tranny question
 

OK, I'm a moron. I replaced all my major components in my transmission and I'm still not sure it's shifting gears. I don't "hear" the shift.

I tuned the motor and it has good speed. (can't try it on the road, snow). So I can't imagine I don't have enough RPMs to shift.

I also adjusted the shift point and still don't get the feeling I'm using both gears.

Help please (or confirm I'm a noob)

make sure you adjust the screw on an angle, try screwing it to its tightest point, dead bottom. then bring it 4 turns out.
