Hi there I am have a problem with my truggy only been used a few times sense new. When it is off it will not roll its trying to turn the engine over but when pull the pull cord the wheels start spinning. If the wheels are on the ground when pulling it will not start but if you lift it up start no problem. When its started it will cut out if these no revs and cuts out if you press the brake . Only can think of clutch problem are there any knowing problems like this? thanks chris.
