Here's my buggy after running on some mud..

It took me forever to clean this thing.. I wonder what do you guys use to clean your buggy after racing on mud? I heard some simple green and alcohol will do the trick..

Simple Green definately. Never used alcohol.

I take the motor out and the radio tray out and clean those by hand. Then scrub the chassis parts with simple green and hot water and a stiff toothbrush. Rinse it off. The key is to blow it off with a compressor to dry it.

Getting that plastic looking good again... you can use WD-40 (spray it on and wipe it off). Or, there is some automotive exterior trim cleaner that you can buy at Walmart or any auto supply store. Can't remember the name but there are a couple brands. You'll recognize it when you see it.

you can use the stock cen radio tray mounts and just bolt them on in between the plastic cen wing mounts and let them bend its ok you do not need to heat them up we all ran them like that at the nats with no problems

Default setup

quick question for you guys, my matrix is nose diving off every jump I hit. I'm still learning about setup and I'm not 100% sure what direction to go to correct this. Blipping the throttle in the air helps, but it should fly straighter on its own. Help please!!!

pop the wing up a notch for more down force.

Tell us more about your setup. This way we can help you go in the right direction.
Just guessing, it sounds like your rear shocks are too soft, or the ride height isn't right causing the rear end to slap the face of the jumps causing it to nose down over the jumps.

My setup is quite simple, box stock rtr. I just put some preload spacers all around, maybe that will help, haven't run it yet though.

check your brakes are not engaging at idle as well - if this is happening then as soon as you roll the jump and release the throttle the brakes may be binding and causing the nose to drop.

Thicker shock oil and/or smaller holes in the shock pistons will help it jump better. Give and take.
