What I am told is that the stock upper arms are holding up pretty well. Therefore, at this point the demand for the aluminum arm is not that high to produce it but don't rule it out.

Thanks for the info. I have another question. Why can't you use the lower upper A arm's lower setting without it binding with the ackerman plate?

Ya, I noticed that after building my Matrix too. I shaved the locknut down on the tread side so that when you put it on the car the thread is flush with the end of the ball stud. Just use a dremmel and hold on to the nut. It rubs now but doesnt get caught on it. You can also make a dimple on the arm with a dremmel if you feel you need more room. Let me know if this helps. That is what I was going to suggest also. One of our local racers ran in the lower holes and the car just looked stiff up front.

lol...yeeeah, thats the ticket. I'm still having a little issue with leaky diffs, i have the aluminum enclosures, and got a few tips from the cen site, and not sure if all is working well, perhaps i have bad gaskets, but i did have spares and switched them out. I picked up some real fine sand paper and smoothed out the cups, i now used a whisper of gasket sealer around as well.. i'll check in a few days

i would suggest running the new cen cross pin diff cases (plastic) with the new hardened pins your drivetrain will be a lot lighter and the car will handle better and there shouldnt be leaky diffs i never have leaky diffs
you might just be building them wrong

Btw, I use the lower front upper arm hole. I prefer that one and my upper arms are shaved to eliminate binding. I have shaved plastic parts here and there to have more out travel (droop) and steering.
Plastic diff cups can leak, even the new ones with crosspins, I remember so.
