Default 1/8 scale tires and wheel bands

I bought some of those tire bands the other day at an LHS in Houston. I have assembled some wheels and tires for glue and was looking for an intruction from proline on how to use the bands to glue the tires and wheels together. Can someone direct me on how to do this Task? Thank You Michael
