Water, brush, scrub vigorously. Add simple green for flavor.

I've seen this on the net so I decided to build 1 myself. Just add water/soap or water/simple green.

To use these methods you need to be venting the tire and not the wheel. Are
you using AKA tires or PreMounts?

Clean tires provide more traction, and run balanced more so than dirty ones. Nitro gets a slight oil residue from the exhaust.

I have fallen in love with the VP Power wash. I recommend buying ing the gallon consentrate. Its great for cleaning everything.

I use an old run down 2wd with 17mm axle extenders mounted on all 4 corners with no axles so that the wheels can spin free, then I hit them with an air hose to get them spinning, then spray them with 100% simple green, then hose them off all while keeping them spinning, then I check to see if they are good and clean. If they look clean then I get them spinning again slowly, and re spray them with simple green and let them dry. Looks good as new again and doesn't get the foams wet.

Wouldn't brushing off the big chunks be enough? I though getting the foams wet was bad for them.

Closed cell foams are not damaged by water like open cell foam was. As long as you dont leave them soaking in a tub the foams will last longer than the tire tread.
