Bingo!...got over 5 years with the BSL451 "just took a crap" and my BLS351 is still going after 6 years. Running lipo on both for 4 years plus. Like any servo make sure your endpoints are set proper.

No question - Hitec 7955($100) or 7954($85). Even the 7955 can run on straight lipo for yrs without issue. List of pros ran this with the stickers removed when they were sponsored by some of these other companies listed.

Default buggy?

I run 7955 Hitec and bls451 throttle. Most durable combination I have found.

As some people have said i already:
Futaba s9352/s9353 only difference is 9353 has full aluminium casing, soecs are the same though. Futabas best of the best.
Or ko rsx, kos best of the best on offer.
I own a pair of s9352 in my losi for 2 years and not a single fault, ballistic speed and torque more than enough for any 1/8th application.
I also own a ko rsx and its equally as good and have had it for just over a year without fault. Both are equally as good and supposedly the same specs, the futaba has a little more torque for the same speed though.
Buy once and dont buy again for a looonngg time, my driving improved greatly because of how connected and responsive my car was to my inputs.
