Here's what came out of my 7x14. I still need to build a tire cabinet but it's very functional. The Tigre lair is an awesome build.

There's a Honda 3000 on the tongue and an electric jack. The charge shelf has 70 amps of power and can handle 3 high power chargers. Hardwood floors (thanks jerry ) led lights over the tools, piled for air inside (thanks jerry) All wired with romex into a breaker panel. A couple thousand watts of stereo and a sub under the fridge. The ac is a must and a laptop/ DVD or hdmi source can plug in near the fridge and put it up on the 42". It comes in handy at large races we get RC live up on the screen

Man... I'd be happy with a/c and a folding table inside... These things are killer.

You should have seen the plan that the Limo guy had for me, too bad that deal fell through custom seating/ fabric/ carpet/ LED lighting with 2 controllers for mood. I still have the plans somewhere

off topic question for the nor cal boys in here. I'm about to relocate to Oakland, I have stopped by Delta R/C, seemed like a okay place. Any other nitro 8th scale tracks up anywhere near the bay area that have a decent crowd?

Shoot me a PM with any feedback if you can as it would be much appreciated.
