Are MB6X, Buggy and Truggy differentials interchangable or partially interchangable?
I am trying to determine if MBX6T and MBX6 Buggy Front and Rear outer differential cases
are interchangeable, or if truggy pinon or diff bevel gears will fit in a buggy differential.
Are MBX5 and MBX6 Diff parts interchangeable?
Also, What Mugen models use hypoid gears, and which use straight cut gears
(not including the center diff).
Thanks

5 and 6 wont interchange
6 and 6t cases are the exact same
the 6 front and rear diffs use a 44 tooth ring gear, spiral cut
the 6T uses a 46 tooth gears, spiral cut
suppose you could use either ratio in either car to achieve different things

It seems Losi has a 10t and a 13t pinion, a 43t and a 44t crown gear, but no 46t.
The main advantage to the Losi seems to be the same as the MBX7, straight cut
gears. Losi disadvantage, no 46t crown gear.
Is the Losi 46/13t center diff/clutch pinion gear the standard for most .21 buggies
and truggies. And maybe a slightly larger clutch pinion gear for .28 engines?

the center diff tooth count varies bt the brands, but most use a 13 tooth clutch bell
