g'day everyone. i am trying to find a wing stay brace (those bits that go between the wing stays to give it rigidity) that is as close to 23mm long as possible. this measurement needs to be from flange to flange. so it would be from inside to inside of the wing stays. i know a photo would help but it is late and i thought i would try this first.

i have an agama and they are really short. i measured an X-ray xb9 one and they are 27mm. so i am asking owners of other manufacturers can you please measure this brace and if it is close to 23mm please let me know so i can buy some?

JQ Products is 21mm, maybe a tad more. Couple of shims on each end might work.

Sounds like you're running the narrow wing stay braces? Those were supposed to start being discontinued.

Just buy the wide wing stay braces. http://www.amainhobbies.com/product_...ay-Brace-Set-3

What you do is flip the two vertical braces around to opposing sides and this widens everything to give more strength.
