Default heater

for you guy that are running you comp heater of your box are you running them right of the battery or a switch. i have mine coming right of the battery but if it wrong will switch it but i use an arm safe dean plug for mine and i can also charge it thought this plug. This is a dry cell also no lipo here yet.

i actually ordered the ones from hobbyking metioned in the thread earlier and used them on this box , i like them better as they have a short plug that can be moved to different pins to create 2s-8s monitors , dialed!

remember to wire them up after the on/off switch or they will drain the battery

you will be fine , just be careful you dont kill your comp heat unit with that gel cell

the dry cell is 12 volts 7amp is that to much for the comp heater

Does any body here know what would happen if you plugged a Ofna glow plug igniter w/driver into a 4s lipo instead of a 12v power supply? I really do not want to add a second battery and alarm.

I got an email from Ofna today saying the peak power of a 4s lipo would sorten the life of their power panel and may allow too much output to the glow plug. Does anybody have a good suggestion that does not involve using a second battery?
