And what motor/pipe were they running? That's some good run time for a pro. They stay on it harder than us weekend warriors.

Drake won the 09 nats at Joliet. Pitting one less time is a big gain in close racing. Basically, how hara won the 08 worlds as well. Not saying thats all there is to it. The losi, nova combination can produce so exceptional mileage

Clutch, tuning, fuel and a free drive line all play a big part as well.

All those things play a big part but probably most important thing is to be smooth on the throttle and maintain corner speed.
