im going to try an velcro strap and a home made battery support.

I haven't tried it yet my d812 should be here late week and once it's built and the weather is good I'm going to go out testing.

Does anyone know if these servos will work with life or lipos?

Im thinking of using this one for throttle

Or should i go with the pro tek 150's..?

All done!! well I decided to try mechanical brakes so we will see if it will drive like the nitro. Also need a extension wire for the servo, longer motor wires and the ofna servo horn to match the front.


Rear of the chassis notch at the very end and removal of droop ear.



Front needs very little, may have to remove some of the droop ear but I chose to leave it because if I cut it off at all there will be no place or way to put the droop screw on the chassis so Im happy the way it is for now.



Remove the keys one to the right is gone working on left in the pic.

Can anyone tell me on the tekno conversion which pinion to start with using the stock steel spur from the nitro

those would work with a life, but not a lipo, the 67/68 would work with life/lipo though.

Go for the savox 1267 and 1268 and never look back.. last a year and a half so far.. there in my tekno ebuggy above lol

On the tekno, running the Tekin 1900, start with a 21.

Seems like long shank pinions only go up to 19T I am using the 1900 though
