From the powerful .21 cu pull start nitro motor - breathing through a polished alloy tuned pipe to extract every last ounce of grunt - through to the oversized 16mm adjustable oil filled dampers this buggy means business!!

The Solid aluminium 3mm thick chassis with a width of only 129mm, features a centralized design layout to provide a quicker steering response and is far more balanced than offset designs. The new lightweight ultra-compact gear box and 3 differential driveline enhance this with a low center of gravity. All gears are metal for durability.

The Shock towers are 4mm alloy for strength and 'bash' resistance. The suspension is multi adjustable for caster, camber, roll center and bump steer - enough to satisfy any budding racer.

Supplied pre-built and with the servos pre-installed, simply add your own 2-3 channel receiver, apply the decals, fuel up and go!

Features:
• 3 diff. shaft drive 4WD
• 3mm main chassis
• 4mm F/R Alum. shock tower
• High-torque steering servo with metal gear
• Front universal drive shafts

Has anyone actually bought one of these? Any firsthand experiences?

Never heard anything about this buggy?

But rumor is Hara has signed a one race deal to run this buggy, and kick everyone's #ss with it. That should boost sales, and put this buggy on the map.:D

I would love to see Hara run this buggy. Honestly it looks pretty nice and hop ups are available for it too. I think my curiousity will get the best of me and have to get one and try it on the track!

is it just me…or do the wheels look a little on the small side.

Taz_S 11-09-2014 10:11 AM

so no one tried this buggy yet?

I ended up here looking for alternative bodies actually.

the thread with 1/8th scale body measurements is handy.

I'll get measurements from the stock body and maybe someone can point me in the right direction.
the stock one is holding up, but shipping on a replacement is prohibitive on a $10 body shell.

I'd also like to paint my own and not have the pre print.

edit:
and for some reason my previous post did not work.

I've got a thread at pirate4x4 dot com in the RC forum. It's cleverly titled "turnigy nitro rumble"
pictures and videos and my "review". I'm too lazy to type it all out and get the picture links again.
can't post links cause post count rules.

wheels are just about 100mm .

I think I'm going to go with badlands, they're slightly taller.
