Default Xray Xt8 help please

Hi guys I have been browsing these forums for some time now and finally I need somebody's help! I picked up an xray XT8 roller that has a quick change engine mount, however I can't use this mount as my engine has a pullstart so it won't fit.

I need someone to show me which mounts to get for my force .32 to mount into the xt8 chassis. The mounts from my hong nor x1crt fit the engine but the holes are to close together for the xt8 chassis.

Any help would be appreciated greatly as I am pulling my hair out!

Thanks

....and how are you supposed to get any back/forward adjustment to line the clutch bell and spur gear up?

This is what you need. I'm sure you can get a set cheaper off of someone though.

As long as you're running a standard sized motor, you won't have a problem getting lined up. If you're running some sort of odd ball sized motor, I'd suggest a different motor before drilling the chassis.

Never seen one so I have no idea. Try posting up in the engine section and ask, you'll have better luck there.
