8ight body on a 8ight 2.0 buggy will it fit??

title pretty much says it all. I have a rtr 8ight 2.0 buggy and I really like the scheme that the 8ight rtr body has. I was going to paint a body but I would spend more on a new body and paint to paint it than I would on the 8ight rtr body.
Just curious if it will fit and fit properly?

no it wont fit, the body has to be cut out to clear the linkage, but u got to have a 2.0 body for the 2.0
