Joey, I like your shirt.

The jig is pretty cool too. My only concern is how well the bead lines up when it comes out of the jig.

It works really similar to the dirt plastic one, the bead comes out just fine. It presses the bead all the way down to the rib on the rim. What happens is the glue has enough initial tack to hold it in place until you get a rubber band around it.

Default Tire jig

I witnessed Joey use this product in person and that was my first concern as well. He gladly glued up a full set of tires in less than a few minutes and the bead came perfect everytime!!! Looked factory premount IMO!! Can't wait to get mine then I'm gonna get it wrapped lol.

Good morning everyone! Wow! Guys, I am so humbled by the positive feedback that you all are giving me. I can't thank you enough for the overwhelming response. The posts, emails, and Facebook comments are so much more than I expected. Thank you...you're going to hear me say that a lot! Ok, let me answer a few of your questions.

1. The main body of the jig is a polymer...sort of a soft plastic. It's very tough and is very resistant to breakage. The aligning posts are aluminum, and the latch is chrome plated and spring loaded.
2. This is a Phin Design R/C product made by M2C. It is not an M2C product.
3. At the moment it is only available through me. There may be other distributors in the near future. I will keep you all posted.
4. My email and Paypal are both [email protected]
5. The price is $37.50 plus shipping.
6. All packages are shipped USPS priority mail, and the shipping charges are as follows:
U.S.A.: $6.00
Mexico/Canada: $13.00
International: $17.00
7. Yes, they are produced and ready to ship. No line...no wait!
8. It does force the tire to sit properly onto the bead. When released the tire remains in the proper position. I have tried it with several brands. Here's a quote pulled off my Facebook.

I will be answering all of your pm's and emails ASAP. Thank you all so much for your patience and your kind words! ~Joey

Exactly. The one in the video is the final product.

Payments received! Thank you! I'll have them shipped out right away.

I will be at the Wicked Weekend Race on Aug 17-19 racing, hanging out, and representing Phin Design R/C as well as my sponsors. I'll be around the M2C trailer. To those who are attending, I hope you'll all come by, check out the jigs, and just hang for a while. I'd be glad to meet and talk with all of you.

Glad to hear you'll be at Wicked Weekend. I'll stop by and pick one up. Looks like a great product.

Do you have future plans for a truggy kit?

Great! I look forward to seeing you there. Yes, a truggy jig is in the works as well as a 1/10 adapter kit that will accommodate 2wd fr&rr, 4wd fr&rr, and 1/10 truck fr&rr.
