The MBX6R hasn't been out long. I wouldn't expect a new buggy until post-worlds or next year based on their previous history.

I pretty sure they would focus to improve the MBX6R first since itís been out recently and still have room for tuning and improvement
or I will be annoyed since I just got mine last week and still need finishing the build

This is where rumors start. There is zero evidence of a new kit anywhere. Also in the past they release a totally hopped up XR version a good few months before the CAD drawings for the next in the series are released.

I find it totally annoying how people expect something new every week.. I have an RC8.2, and the last 200 pgs. of that thread are almost exclusively about how to make an RC8.2 into something else.. The hobby is eating its own tail afaic with all this obsession with novelty and constant change..

False rumor.... What is there to change? The mbx6r is about as good as it gets. To make a 7 they will have to go a complete new route... What's that ganna be? Copy another company car like others have...... I don't see that.

Totally agree. Society in general wants the next "new thing" before they even know how to use the current product to its full potential.

I'm all for advancement, but not for the sake of just being "new".

no need for the 7 yet. just need to fix the fuel tanks issue, strengthen the arm plastic and make some straight cut gears.

Why would it not be a reality??? You likely just have to wait a couple years.

The dream should be hoping Mugen goes away from PBS.

Then it wouldn't be a Mugen. That's their defining feature..

+1, But since Mugen prides themselves in the PBS, I wouldn't hold your breath...even if there are better options.
