Cool so you can grab either the truggy or buggy fuel tank (not familiar with nitro sorry bare with me) they don't have different mounting points??

What run time are you getting now with the mod ? I'm looking at gettig into nitro and super keen on this truck love the look and I've heard the scte is very durable.

I agree on Looking for more videos of this beast.

I was 100% behind the electric version, but got tired of the whole battery/electric downtime ( I run on big 8th scale Nitro tracks, Nitro literately has no down time.)

I'm going to be purchasing this truck in the comming weeks. Cant wait.

I'll make alot of "on the track" videos and post them here and on youtube, its weird that there are none up there, other than TLR's. I prefer outdoor tracks over indoor clay tracks, so this makes the truck perfect for me.

The 3.4 is a great motor for this platform. In my Ten-T it was perfect as far as power was concerned. I have no doubts that when I get it converted to SCT it will deliver as well.

You need the tank from the 8ight 2.0 part #LOSA9162and the 8ight 2.0 tank stands. I've found that you can mount the front post to the original hole and you will need to re drill the rear post hole and relocate the pipe mount off to the side guard.

This is correct, don't try to use the truggy tank, its much taller, I t removed the plash guard on mine, just makes it easier, I could have dremeld some of it away, and it really wouldn't have made much difference, for its purpose. I really haven't had time to run it to get any idea of run time, I know the stock tank is small, the engine isn't broken in fully, so it eats fuel till full break in.

I have a friend running this truck now. He did some experimenting and he found that the Agama 1/8 buggy tank fits a little better, so he tells me.
Some action pics I recently shot of his, from Pin Shop Hobbies in Watertown, CT

It depends what SC electric you have. If you have the Losi SCTE, you can change it to nitro, just get the nitro stuff from the Ten T or the 810 buggy .

I thought I saw someone posting that the Agama tank fits better in this truck, than the Losi buggy tanks, I have the buggy tank in mine, its fine.
