Or maybe an invisible alien bunny wabbit flew down and wrecked the Associated cars and then flew back to his home planet of Zanzidorf 242 without anybody noticing.

Well, actually.., I guess that wouldn't be all that different from divine intervention. Lapine intervention? Divine lapine intervention?.. Whatever the case, the wabbit works in mystewious ways I guess..

Ty was the smoothest driver on the track. His Truggy and Buggy had great preparation and setup. While Dakotah had better outright speed, mistakes came down to it. Same for Maifield... while he had pace, he had to push quite hard to keep up.

And Gord was simply awesome in the pits. In the truggy final, he killed it on pit stops. Every time Ty came in, he made ground on whoever was in front or behind of him. The flameout happened during fueling, which can happen to anyone, but they were fueling on the starter box so it was a quick re-fire. Simply awesome team work and driving.

As for the track being blown out, it was far from it. I've raced a LOT at LCRC and the track crew did a LOT to keep up with everything. The track was fair and kept everyone honest. In fact, Dakotah's fast lap in buggy was at or near what quick lap was in truggy. Track was not a factor, but the drivers were.

Congrats Ty and Gord on a fantastic weekend and it was great to be a part of such an awesome race event.
Jason - You were pretty awesome yourself last weekend - VERY impressive runs against the best in North America!! Great job!

the only people that were lucky was the rest of the pack... they are lucky that Ty flamed and at least gave them an opportunity to try and win... they should thank him for that flame out....

He is just upset his beloved kyosho didnt win. When another team wins it is luck or they "stole" kyoshos design (yeah right) and when kyosho wins it is because they are the best because as we all know paying 900 for a car that brakes arms bells and driveshafts (still!!) is a really smart choice....
Tired of people shooting others down...if you watched that race closely Ty came from way back and even had a flame out...luck, yeah right...
