i have a jammin x1cr that hasent been ran in about a year, it has a rx21 p5 in it i am replacing the pinion and sleeve for the motor what all else should i need to look into to get her race ready again

Finding parts is the hard part on that car, if you can do that then do what ever your heart desires. Don't listen to what people have to say its all opinion. Do as you please and see what comes of it. If you do go brushless just keep a eye on drivetrain and bearing wear as it is alot harder on the car since the torque is so much more snap. Other then that and no tunning its pretty similar to nitro and less work. Run it till the wheels fall off then do it all over again.
