Default what temp plug for HPI nitro star F3.5 engine (nitro-x 25%)

i have a relatively new HPI nitro star F3.5 engine. i use nitro-x 25% fuel (hp173).
its time for a new plug and am not sure what temperature plug to get. any advice would be helpful. i race offroad 1/8 truggy. im looking for durability and easy tuning

p.s. the engine came with an R5
