i bought an hpi firestorm 10t, on the 29th of April, i have set the fail safe and just installed new batteries. The rc car then takes off at full speed and crashes, the fail safe did not operate, when the car was going towards it, i even turnt the remote off and no failsafe. the car is wrecked, as it was not my fault, are there any warrantys im entitled too?

I'm sure HPI is willing to work with you on repairs if the car was purchased new from a creditable hobby shop its best to give them a call.
