Default Os xz-b vspec .21 vs novarossi p5xlt

Vspec is more expensive by about 20$ which is better for a 8ight buggy? And pipes?

He meant the XZ V-Spec... or the standard XZ-B.

I have both and both are equally gd and reliable in a race. Zero flameouts. Xzb with a werks 2058 and p5xlt with a 9901 and 41021.

I'd pick the OS. Easier to tune, and P3 and P4 glow plugs are the best plugs out there IME.

Just about every part on the Nova will last longer though. But in the end, it's all about tuneability, and I have a frustrating time with Nova's. My Nova's last longer, but my OS's are a pleasure to own. And once you get good at rebuilding engines and have a good parts stockpile, the OS starts to catch back up in terms of operating cost.

I'd also look towards the Mugen jx21 bo2 "alphabet soup edition". It's a powerful, funky long stroke, OS based engine.

In a buggy XZB if you are looking at stock versions. If mod then the CRE P5 wins all day long.
