Default D8t .28 axial doesn't fit on mount???

how to fit .28 into the stock d8t mounts???

most likely you will have to grind/cut away the part that is hitting on the engine. i had to do this for a picco engine.

You either have to take the pull-starter/roto-starter off and put a closed back plate on; or get a different engine mount for pull-start type engines.

i didn't even think of a pull start engine.

what is stopping the engine from fitting the mounts?

pull start... but even tho it doesn't seem to be such a problem at all



does the D8T compared to losi rtr roller similar?

You need to convert it to bump start or dremel the hell out of the engine mount and chassis.

I found a quick easy solution


I have a d8s
took it's mount!

just need to order a new one for the d8s

problem solved!
