I have a set of Ultra Flexx Condors, and 2 sets of Ultra Flexx Strikers on the way from Amain right now for my 1/8 stuff. Are there any plans for Pre-mount 1/10 buggy tires? There arent a lot of pre mounted 1/10 stuff out there and I think it would sell really well.

i just noticed on a hobby shop website they sold 'belted' and 'unbelted' vp pro tyres. have you heard of these before? i understand the belts would help retain the shape of the carcass when at high speeds. i have just never heard of the belting before or are they the same as the ribs you see inside tyres?

cheers

The belted tires did not work good so they were discontinued.

VP-Pro will have all new 1/10th scale tires for 2013. If they make wheels, I am sure they will come preglued.

A whole new line of VP-Pro Tires are coming to VP-Pro USA this October!

3 new Flexx Compounds:
Medium-Soft Medium Flexx (MF) Similar to the old Ultra Flexx
Soft Ultra Flexx (UF) A new softer compound like a Proline M3 or AKA Soft
Super-Soft Super Flexx (UF) A new Super Soft compound like a Proline M4 and AKA Super Soft.

VP803 Striker 2.0 Evo Tire - Close to a Proline Blockade Tire
VP804 Turbo Trax 2.0 Evo Tire - Redesigned tire with center row of pins removed for more forward traction on all track conditions

So the tires are going to be even softer? I thought the ultra flexx was the super soft to begin with?

They do offer the 12v engine heater. It's built in sleeve slides over the engine much like the competitors model but priced much better.

Yes the ultra flexx will now be softer. Proline recently changed all their compiunds to be softer and JC released an extra super soft. These new VP Pro compounds will equal those.

How are you liking the new evo 803 and 804 Gene?

I'm happy with the tyres but wish the inners have a bit more volume to them.

I love the 2 new tires and the inserts. But I have not tried the new super flexx compound, have to wait until next month.

The new turbo trax looks like a good tire for indoor clay, gonna give them a try.
