Default Inferno neo st-race spec

Would this be a good choice just to have fun at the local and when there is a day event(race) i will enter it, maybe 10 in a year or less.also should I start with truggy or buggy, if buggy i know which to go losi 8ight 2.0 for 450e without remote but the losi 8ight -t is 610 without remote , so it is over my budget, my budget is 450e on both, not including spare parts or fuel or starter kit. TO HAVE FUN AT THE TRACK MEANS TO GET THERE START THE TRUCK AND DO THE BIG JUMPS AND HAVE NO BREAKAGES NOT A BREAKAGE AFTER A BREAKAGE, SOMETHING WHICH IS DURABLE, IS THE IFNERNO NEO ST RACE SPEC GOOD FOR THIS KIND OF DURABILITY.? the track i will be running at is this:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h1DBC-ojuas
also is it starter box ready??
