Default caster or losi or xray

What is better losi 8ight rtr without remote for 450e (new) or the caster zx1.5r rtr for 300e (new) ?i've read this about caster it seems good :http://www.casterracing.com/news/mai...id=514&urno1=1

or an xray xb 808 spec 10 with alpha engine starter box, spektrum dx3c and cheap servos for 370e?
everyone at my local track runs xray but there are a few losi 8ights.

Thanks
Luke

I would have to say the best decisions would be out of the losi and the xray. Just off he top the losi would be good because its brand new. The 808 is a good buggy but since its used u never really know what Ur getting because ii can have parts that are pretty worn and xray parts aren't the cheapest. I know losi parts are much cheaper than the xray. Other than that they are both good buggies. Also they both have good track support. Especially the Losi since they have a whole lot of drivers in the states.

Easy to drive?
But would go with it
2010 xray is outdated already
specially since xray has gone to new plat form in the xb9
Losi is good car specially if just starting parts everywhere very easy ro work on

i think i'm buying an xray 2010 spec for 200 race roller it is used but i saw it and it has no worn out parts.? I can spend an extra 200e for engine pipe & servos, what you reccommend?i dont want a modern buggy cause i will be a racing at the local track so it is club level racing.at first i will not race.

Thanks
Luke

You can prob find a 2011 808 cheap since the xb9 has landed. As far as parts yes xray parts are slightly more expensive but you don't use the spares like the losi and other cars. Only thing you need is front a arms not cuz they break, but after a year of racing they have taken a beating compared to any other part on the buggy. You will probably replace parts on a new losi before you do on a uses Xray and the. xray is even easier to work on than the losi.

i have a caster and i love it personally. they have a few small issues but they are easily fixed. i think its a great platform and can contend with any of the others very easily. its by far the best platform for the money.

im actually tryin to sell mine because i got laid off and needing the money.

the 808 2010 model I had issues with the drive pinion gears but a friend I raced with had a losi and it went well but he also said it was in need of consistant maintenance.
good luck
cheers

Which would be the best to have fun at this local track and maybe enter a little bit of races. , truggy or buggy,? kyosho ifnerno neo st race spec as trugy for 420e or losi 8ight -T 2.0 for 710e. buggy losi 8ight 2.0 rtr without remote & receiver 450e or kyosho inferno neo race spec for 400e, or xray xb808 spec 2010 200e race roller used.all the others are new.
