Default Shocks

For bashing with moderate (4-6 ft high jumps) Is there a significant difference between 13 and 16 mm shocks? I have a jammin truggy with the 13 mm shocks and was looking into getting the big bore, but wasn't sure if it was worth the money.

Also, are there other shocks that fit my truggy? Or am I stuck using jammin parts?

Thanks
