Removes 1-3 seconds a lap when are lap times going to reach zero bahahaha ;-)

What are yo thoughts? This is one of those for fun threads.

No think about it. Every new product/car/fuel/tire/piston/airfilter/radio removes 1-2 seconds a lap like everyone says then we should be driving and have zero lap times. I just think it is funny.

Now that dosnt mean products cant be more consistant, stronger, more effecient.

Well, I know that my equipment made me so fast that my laps register negative times:lol::lol::D, hell, I don't even need to drive my stuff, it's so good it drives itself fast.

I personally like all the new stuff. Keeps the hobby fresh, new and interesting.

I agree I love the new products to. I just think it's funny how every fuel lowers temps 10 degrees and gives 1 more minute of runtime than the last. I am just wondering when we are going to be going so fast our car jumps to the next dimension.

Do you mean that the market is not big enough to support all brands so each company will see lower sales and smaller margins thus leading to less new product?

I have yet to see any product clain to increase lap time by seconds, tenths yes but tenths are legit if you ask me...I do think that this hobby is saturated with the same mfg. selling the same engines under 10 diff. names though

i get what your saying....but lap time and run time does not win races. Being consistent wins races, does Amain sell consistent? :lol:

Blktransam, I agree but the mfgs have to do what they can to increase market share. There are a ton of brands now. That means they are not making the same as five or seven years ago. So they do it to try an gain more market share even if under a different name.

I understand why it just annoys me LOL
