Mugen out Losi in?

Hello everyone, I was just doing some thinking about my r/c's. As some of you may know I have two Mugens, one nitro one tekno brushless. Well in short I was thinking about selling my Nitro Mugen with Alpha A352 .23 truggy motor NIP to grab a Losi Ten T rtr.
I was told I shouldn't bash my race truggy but at the same time I live far from a track so I'd still want to bash around my house. I also see parts are cheaper for 1:10 scale vs 1/8th if I were to break something.
What do you guys think of this idea?
Sound like a good one to pursue?
Race my Tekno Mugen truggy sell the nitro for the Losi?

I say keep your Mugens and bash the crap out of them. Its your stuff and if you want to bash it, do it. Just keep a stock of parts that you notice breaking (if any) while bashing and have fun. I think the Mugens will be much tougher than the smaller 1/10th scale Ten-t.

Well ur not ganna save much parts wise you will break and replace parts alot more on a ten t then a truggy. Also ten t is very little not really considered a truggy. If you did want to go a route like that a 1/10 4x4 sc will be best choice. Because they are easy to drive like a truggy, fast and bash worthy also raced everywhere! Means you can kill 2 with one bash one day race another. I done that all the time untill i grew out of sc. Honestly if your bumping down to 1/10 keep it eletric.

swapping any mugen buggy for a 1/10 would be a huge step backwards ...

Keep the Mugen ....... lock the centre diff and go wheel standing..

The telemetry for speed and rpm and temps is so wrong on them its just a accessery to get people who wanna think there going fast to win.

A real radar gun for hi speed runs and lil make shift try pod and a temp gun. Both these can be bough for pretty cheap and are alot more accurate and trust worthy over the rtr spektrum stuff. It dont have to be rc brand anything can work industrial radars and guns are normallt cheaper for a better gun then hobby price.

Okay so on searching I notice that the Ten T is out of stock almost everywhere. Is this because it's selling that well or because they didn't build enough?
Also I don't see people selling Ten T's that also either even on ebay.
Was thinking about getting a Kyosho Inferno Neo ST Race Spec rtr but I got to thinking do I really need or another 1/8th scale... I'll take the advice and keep my two mugens but I may still just get this anyway.

Don't get the Ten T you're gonna spend a fortune in broken parts bashing that little thing around. Plus we'll tell your wife

Ten-T/SCTE is actually pretty darn tough, I personally haven't broken a Single part nor has anyone at our club, So to Claim he'll be breaking parts is simply not true.
