Any other reports of these things smoking?

I got mine from the latest batch and testing it out it worked great, went from 65F to 197F in 10 minutes. But the printed logo was smoking up a storm, pretty nasty Chinese ink stink. I hope it burns off, but after 20 minutes of heating (2 sessions), it still smokes.

Maybe this is why the Competition Heat engine heater logo is embroidered and not printed....

Mine smoked for the first 4-5 cycles. My Comp hetare did too I had last year.

I'll let them know about the logo. Mine faded off too.

OK, good to hear. I'll give it a few more heating sessions outside. Not a huge deal, the thing works great and the price is right.

Gene-

Will you be bringing some VP-Pro truggy tires with you to sell at the Force race at Lake Park on Saturday? I need to buy a few sets (of 4) of ultra flexx Turbo Trax tires & foams from you to get my truggy tire supply back up to speed!

Thanks - Rick
