Just about any 4S lipo should be good to go. You don't need to get crazy with an extremely high C rating or Capacity. I use 3300mA and 25C. It is plenty and was about $30.

Any of the mentioned 4s lipos will do. Be sure to balance charge them and they will last a while. Mine is 2 years old.

I went way overkill with a 5200 and charge it once every 4 to 6 weeks. This covers practice, heats and mains, often with more than just me using it. It takes 750 to 1250 during a balance charge. If your engine is in good shape and tuned right there is not much load on the battery. (i also never crank my engines unless they have been preheated) If you have to wind it up every time for 15 to 30 seconds to get it started then go for big numbers.

I run a 2200mah 4s 20c in a Mugen Pro starter box. It's a damn light start box combo!

After a race weekend (several practices, two quals, mains) it'll drop to maybe 14.8-15.4 volts or so depending how much I use it. I don't sit there cranking the starter box... Usually only takes a bump on my engines to get them going. I always cycle and recharge it before a race... no big deal to just charge another pack. But I have gone three race weekends no problem.

One thing I would recommend that I don't think has been mentioned yet, run a voltage alarm like this one or similar. At least this way you won't smoke a lipo.
