The 2011 is still a very good car. I just don't need to make a lot of setup changes on my XB9 to get it right compared to my 2011. Actually you can use a lot of the parts from your 2011 on the XB9. I can drive my XB9 harder that I can with my '11 without loosing control. Great fun! It's not like you changed to a completely new car. They kept the best from the 2011 and add some new parts on the XB9 = winning combination Still using my '11 for practise and like a lot

I just got the xb9. My question is I noticed that there is 5deg and 10 deg steering. What would be the better? Everyone i know runs the 5 deg. The track i run on is large, loose, and some technical areas. Mostly a fast track.

Thanks

Have you not been reading the thread, the car is awesome. Cade has been killing it in Texas, top 5 every race with the Pros. You can push the car much harder than the previous model, the shocks are a win, the car is better balanced because everything is more centralized on the narrower chassis. You need to toss the 2010 and get the xb9 mang. I think Shawn ran his last week and was pretty impressed.

Thanks Marcus! This car is AWESOME. I am more confident in my car right now than I have ever been with any car I have ever had. It is just so easy to drive and super consistent. I can push it as hard as I want to, and still not make many mistakes. Usually when you try to push a car, you make a lot of mistakes. Every time I get to race it I don't want to come off the drivers stand just because it is so fun and easy to drive.

I liked this setup on a track that is similar to what you described. It is a little bit more on the soft side so it will be good in the bumps. You can also lean the shocks in 1 hole if you need the car to soak up the bumps a little bit better. The ride height isn't on the setup but I was running 27 in the front and 28 in the rear.
