Default Bump box w/ a pull start?

Can you use a bump box on an engine with a pull starter? I'm assuming you can but I just want to make sure it's not bad for it or anything. My buddy has a pull start and it's such a pain in the ass!!!

you can, but you might want to look at a backplate to replace the pull start. I have heard that it causes unnecessary drag on the engine.

Just what I have heard, sounds feasible.

I know on my TT S3 which came with a pull start I needed to lower the motor about 5mm so the flywheel would reach the starter box wheel as the rtr motor sat higher due to the size of the pull start housing on the back of the motor, needs to be no more than about 2mm in from flush to the bottom of the chassis through the flywheel cutout, not familiar with other buggys but something I would check first.

As long as the starter box will contact the fly wheel it will start. No issues just a hand that's not sore anymore.
