Swaybar ???
If you move the mount the swaybar goes thru on the suspension arm a little I.E. letting more bar stick thru or less bar stick thru will it change the rate pf the bar any? I only have the stock bars for my Xray XT8 '09 and I'm racing on a smooth indoor track this Saturday and don't have time to get new bars ordered? Here's a pis of the mount I'm talking about, Thanks

if you consider the rules of leverage, the position of the ball ends does have an effect. The further away you set the ball end, the softer the bar will feel and vice-versa. moving in the ends are common in on-road to get the L/R load to balance. You don't need to balance in off road I think. Just make sure your suspension isn't binding after the adjustment.

That is to some extent correct, but it is center part of the swaybar that's twisting (torsion bar) more than the ends bending.

I done it on my Rc8tce with pushing out the collers out a little on the front end i did because i felt with the collers pushed out the front end dint feel responsive enough now i coverted my to electric so its not the same balance . But on a rough track it actually made the front end to responsive with collers out more.
So you just have to test it out to see.
With collers in more it will make the supension arms react more like a sway bar.
On a smooth indoor track like yours im thinking moving it in will ethier help or not help it depends on if you feel the front end is lacking on responsive or not.
