is the track flat onroad? i.e no jumps?
dont know if this is correct but my first instinct if it is would be to use smaller hole shock pistons, maybe thicker oil and hard springs coubled with harder anti roll bars aswell. then i'd get the ride height WAY DOWN. i guess i would try to limit all the suspension travel built into it for OFFROAD racing

But what oil should i use for the front shocks and the rear shocks?
I'm using 600cst for the front and 250cst for the rear.

Then u can try the same oil. If that is not enough u can change the oil to 600 in the back and 1000 front.
If any thicker oil you need to change to harder springs.Lower the car and do what sideshow bob already said.
But the car wil not be good on offroad....
