What is a good indication that your a-arms are worn out?

Slop,wobble when grabing. Also can see when u remove hinge pin hole is more oval or stretched not circuler.

Yea my rear supension arm holes are oval and stretched no point in worry about it now since theres is only two weekends of racing outdoor left .

I was wondering the samething as stewie.
