Default Is this a good deal? Need advice

Hi guys,

I haven't owned a nitro rc in 10 years. Just electric. I have a chance to buy a losi 8ight-t roller that was lightly used for 180.00 shipped. There is no servo or engine but everything else. It also comes with a bunch of extra random parts (gas tank, arms, shock towers, etc.). If I do buy it, I will eventually buy the parts to keep it nitro but it will be more of a long term project.

Do you guys think it's a good deal?

If it is the original 8ight-T then it isn't a deal, but you aren't getting hurt either.. If it is a 8ight-T 2.0 then I would say it is a good deal...

I would offer less. Not many people are interested in the 8t 1.0 anymore.

Dont let the fact it may be a 1.0 deter you from purchasing it....I have 2 of em and these are very tough trucks. My boys and I bash together and the Losi's keep on going.....my Xray OTOH......

This is a little vid at a fellow RC'er's farm last month.....he even built a small track with his tractor but the jump was a hoot.
