Picking up my new 8t 2.0 tomorrow

Alright guys need some advice, what are some of the first thing I need to pick up with my truggy to make it better. I built my buggy from the ground up because it was a RTR to get it where I wanted it and that was super EXPENSIVE. My truggy is a RR and what what would y'all get first to get it faster and just all around better?

Thoughts please?

aluminum servo horn.......v2 rear shock tower.....for some starters.
