Default TEAM ASSOCIATED TANK PROBLEMS!!

I just bought two new associated kits, a RC8B and RC8T, and BOTH have tank problems right outta the box!!! I went to run my cars and break in the engines and both have air bubbles in the line and idle erratically!!! What are they doing to fix the problem because I am NOT happy!!!

You sure it's not the fuel line or fuel filter if using one? Might have a tiny nick as small as a sewing pin. Make sure the fuel line is tight also. Empty your tank remove fuel tank from truck and buggy. Check really closely for no airline cracks this can be very hard as you cannot always see them also make sure that when lid is closing down it is as tight as it will go. Also check o-rings/seals on the tank. Just a thought, but I would replace the fuel line first ...

There is a thread already for the RC8B and RC8T. Both have many, many pages about tank issues and fixes. Check the thread out and use the search option in each.

It sucks but put in a Hot Bodies D8 and D8T tanks. $10 or less for the D8 tank, fits fine with a small mod (look at RC8B thread). THe tank has a nice clunk in it and runs great, no problems at all.

Run a few drops of CA around the pressure nipple base, that seems to be a leak prone area.
