Default Savoya on the move ?

some more speculation.... from Neo Buggy

After a difficult first season driving for Team Durango and the subsequent news of UK driver & Euro finalist Elliott Boots & Team Durango going their separate ways speculation exploded across several online forums & social networking sites today as to 3x European Champion Reno Savoya's future with Team Durango. Rumoured to have a 3 year contract with Durango, Savoya has been unable to repeat the sustained success of years past this season, the low point undoubtedly coming at the European Championships in Germany as he failed to make the main final (due to a broken servo horn) for the first time since 2003, having finished on the podium for the last 5 consecutive years. On a couple of forums speculation went as far as suggesting a rumoured deal would be announced within days. We were unable to get a comment from Team Durango & Reno declined to comment.

It all depends on the contract and its clauses. Regardless, I hope he finds a team/package that works for him.

I think Savoya will run the RB car as he already runs RB engines and opted to run RB tyres at the Euros.

wonder why Savoya cant get it together with the 408? I've wathched Lutz make the buggy look untouchable at my local tracks......Im not sure how Savoya drives, but Lutz has a strapped pull trigger and hold on kind of style...always on throttle........
